From first conversation to final reveal

At our first meeting we go through your ideas, needs and expectations together. I then analyse the available documents and requirements and personally measure the space, including the important structural elements.

This gives me all the information I need to create the design.

Based on the previous analysis I create the interior concept including a moodboard, and think through the layout and furniture placement. I prepare 2D floor plans, and wall elevations where needed, followed by a 3D model with specific materials, colours and textures.

The design also includes realistic visualisations, material and colour sample boards and market research for selecting suitable furnishings. I also design bespoke elements and custom furniture, as well as shading and decorations.

In this phase we turn the design into concrete documents for the realisation. I prepare the electrical plan including the placement of sockets and switches, the lighting scheme and technical documents including drawings of custom furniture for joinery work.

This also includes selecting suitable suppliers and a product list with specific fixtures, furniture and materials.

In this phase I take care of preparing and coordinating the realisation. I contact the selected suppliers, obtain quotes and process them into a clear budget.

This also includes creating a timeline that helps plan and coordinate the individual steps of the realisation.

If you are interested, I can also provide supervision of the project realisation, coordination of craftsmen and suppliers, purchase and delivery of furnishings, installation and final decoration of the interior.

These services are not part of the base project price and are billed separately at an hourly rate.
